Master program Construction Management and Real Estate Management, the Bachelor graduates from the fields of architecture and civil engineering is open, is a holistic and interdisciplinary understanding of the economic, legal, technical and ecological foundations of the building and property industry in combination with in-depth knowledge of the construction and mediated procedural as well as the operational organizational peculiarities of construction.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Student required a bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in the course of civil engineering or architecture and urban planning at the Technical University of Dortmund.
