In the master's program, students acquire long-term methodological knowledge and problem-solving skills that can be generated from it and learn how to apply them to current problems and trends. During the four semesters of regular study time, further interdisciplinary foundations with subjects such as project financing, economic analysis, public procurement management, sustainability analysis, and management, plant management, risk management, urban redevelopment, system technology, and simulation as well as legal questions and contracts in lectures, exercises and in independent project work are taught.
