Bauhaus University admissions are offered to international students in 47 undergraduate and graduate degrees across 4 faculties. Many of the programs offered by the university are not found anywhere except Germany. To study these programs, international students must prove their proficiency skills either in German or English. International students applying for Bauhaus University admissions in graduate studies must use the official portal. Undergraduate applications are accepted via the same portal and uni-assist portal. A non-refundable fee of 100 EUR (8,938 INR) required to fill the application.

To be eligible for Bauhaus University admissions to undergraduate programs, a GPA of 2.0 on 6.0 scale (81-90%) is required. For getting into graduate programs, a gpa of 2.5 or 2.0 (80-90%) is recommended. The university does not ask for submission of test scores for admissions. However, international students must submit German or English scores to prove their proficiency in that language. Bauhaus University currently enrolls 4,065 students enrolled with more than 30% international students. It invites admission applications in Summer and Winter Semesters. Bauhaus University Admission: Selection Criteria

Bauhaus University acceptance rate is 32% which makes it one of the highly selective institutes in Germany. The selection criteria at Bauhaus University is based on GPA achieved on the scale of 6.0 along with language proficiency in either German or English as per the course requirements. Some courses also require additional requirements such as aptitude test,portfolio, work samples, interview or audition for admissions.
