The Master of Science in Web Engineering at Chemnitz University of Technology is a two-year (four-semester), full-time postgraduate program offered by the Faculty of Computer Science. Designed for students with a strong foundation in Computer Science or related disciplines, the program requires applicants—particularly international students from India—to hold a bachelor's degree with a grade equivalent to 2.0 or better on the German scale. Proficiency in German at the C1 level (such as DSH-2 or TestDaF level 4) is mandatory, along with basic English proficiency. Applicants must submit their application through Uni-Assist with a €75 processing fee. Required documents include academic transcripts and certificates (translated into German or English), proof of language proficiency, a CV, a copy of the passport, and a health insurance certificate (which can be provided after admission).
