The course aims to acquire basic knowledge from the fields of business administration, economics and the methodological foundations of mathematics, statistics, econometrics, business informatics and law, as well as knowledge of the history and current developments in these scientific disciplines. The students gain

• a critical understanding of the most important theories, principles and methods of the subject,
• the ability to take on tasks responsibly and to apply scientific methods and findings to solve economic problems,
