- The main focus of the study of economic and social geography is on urban and regional research, in the area of society-environment relations as well as migration, globalization and development research.
- The course is application and research-oriented. The profile-forming elements include project-oriented courses in which the students gain theoretical knowledge as well as their own experience in project management. Of particular note is the study project, in which the students conduct their own scientific and empirical studies under supervision.
