- The practical study subject Music / Musicology consists in equal parts of historical musicology and systematic musicology (including music technology and music education), as well as music theory and artistic practice. Music technology should also be emphasized.
- In addition to the compulsory instrumental main and minor subject lessons (one of the two must be the piano), there is the possibility to expand the practical skills in practical school guitar playing and singing lessons. In addition, the students participate in various bands, orchestras, and choirs. The students benefit from the broad basic training and from the diverse possibilities of individually differentiated specializations.
