It includes courses in basic scientific and medical subjects such as anatomy, physiology, microbiology, pharmacology/toxicology, health/disease studies, psychosomatics, health theory, prevention and environmental medicine. The degree program gets a special profile through health education content.
- The course is organized in stages. It starts with the bachelor's degree course "Vocational Training". Subsequently, the master's program "Teaching at vocational schools" can be completed, for which a new application is necessary.
- The professional specialization in health sciences is to be studied in combination with a general educational subject (biology, German, English, Protestant religion, computer science, Catholic religion, mathematics, physics or sport) as well as vocational and business education.
