Eligibility & Entry Requirement
The entry requirements for the M.Sc. Textile Engineering program at RWTH International Academy:
- Academic qualifications: A Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, textile technology (not textile design), industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
- English language proficiency: A minimum TOEFL iBT score of 90, an IELTS overall band of 5.5, or a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE).
- German language proficiency: A minimum level A1. You will continue to learn German during the first three semesters of the program and eventually reach level B1.1.
- GRE: A GRE score is required, unless you are a graduate of the RWTH German Engineering College or the RWTH 4+2 Program. The minimum scores are 145 for Verbal Reasoning, 160 for Quantitative Reasoning, and 3 for Analytical Writing.
- Relevant work experience: A minimum of 12 months relevant work experience is required.
