New Delhi, September 8, 2025 – The latest Transnational Education Report 2024-25 reveals that Germany has overtaken the US as the most popular study abroad destination for Indian students. With nearly 60,000 Indian students in Germany and a 32.6% share of applications, the country has outpaced the United States, which recorded a 13% decline in applications this year.
