UP Board Class 12 Biology Exam Pattern
Before you appear in the UP Board Class 10 Science examination, you must be familiar with the pattern of the exam.
- Total marks in the subject will be 100 marks, consisting of 70 marks in theory and 30 marks in practical/internal assessment.
- No negative marking is applied, and so students need to attempt all questions.
- Students are required to score a minimum of 33% of total marks, combining theory (23 marks) and practical (10 marks) to pass.
- The duration of the theory exam is 3 hours and 15 minutes, and an extra is allotted to read the question paper. The internal/practical assessment is also evaluated separately at the school level.
