Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Ques: How can I pick a scoring optional subject?

Ans: NBSE adds five new courses to the curriculum. Stick to subjects that are relevant to your future education.

Ques: Is it necessary to purchase reference books?

Ans:The NBSE texts are well-designed to prepare students for the HSLC test. A candidate, on the other hand, is free to pick reference materials for a deeper comprehension if necessary.

Ques:How can I assure that I get all of the points in the theoretical paper?

Ans:There are no failsafe methods other than successfully answering the paper. You can even complete all of the extra questions to make up for an unforced error. If you want to achieve full marks, you'll need to do a lot of revision.

Ques: What happens if I fail a mandatory subject?

Ans:With the exception of Language I, the extra topic will take its place. NBSE, on the other hand, uses compartmental exams to solve the problem.

Ques: How do you keep track of your time?

Ans: According to the NBSE, the last 10 minutes should be used to revise your answer script. Through hard effort and experience, you may complete a paper in as little as 150 minutes (the permitted time is 180 minutes).

Ques: What new changes will there be in the test format now that the syllabus has been reduced?

Ans: The primary modifications to the test design will be an increase in the weightage assigned to each question, as well as topic-specific weighting. There will be no changes to the marking structure, and all subjects will receive full marks.

Ques: Which is the finest book for class 12 mathematics?

Ans:It is strongly advised that you study from the board's approved book. Students can study R.D.Sharma Mathematics or R.S.Aggarwal Senior Secondary Mathematics for better practice and comprehension.
