Karnataka Board: Revised Syllabus
Karnataka 2nd PUC and SSLC exam syllabus has been slashed by 30%. The pattern of reduction is similar to CBSE and the national level competitive exams like NEET and JEE Main. The syllabus is necessary to be revised in the said pattern as it will be beneficial for the candidates aspiring for national level entrance examination. If the syllabus of the two exams will be different then it will be difficult for the students to complete the both syllabus in such a short time as half of the academic year has already been completed.
Commerce: In the commerce stream there are three main subjects i.e. Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies. In Accountancy there are two parts in PUC-II: (a) Partnership and Company Accounts (b) Financial Statements. It is quite possible that part B will be omitted as the other topics are very important as per the higher course perspective.
Science: In this subject the syllabus will be revised as per the CBSE pattern of reduction of syllabus. The chapters which are important for the competitive exams will be retained so that preparation should go in-line for aspiring candidates. However, the NTA has not yet confirmed the reduction of syllabus for JEE Main, NEET or any other competitive exams.

- Preparing With Schedule:
Having a proper schedule will not only help you to manage time but will also double your efficiency rate. Prioritizing chapters by listing them as per their marks weightage will help you to complete the syllabus last time.
- Prioritizing Board Textbooks:
Yes, despite knowing that the papers will be entirely based on the board textbooks, students often tend to ignore studying from board books and go for other readers. This mistake should be avoided, and students should first complete their BOARD BOOKS and then go for further.
- Giving Time For Self-study:
Self-studying is the main reason why students secure fewer marks despite joining coaching and tuitions. It is suggested to provide at least 3 hours a day for self-study. In this time you can revise the thing you learned that day.
- Self Analyzing Of Preparation:
