- The form correction window will be open from November 20 to 22, 2025.

Candidates need to register with the Board of Studies after successfully passing the Class 10th examination. The eligibility for direct registration to intermediate examination is successful completion of foundation and Class 12th exams. The registration fee for Foundation is INR 1500. The registration fees will be valid for a period of 3 years, on the lapse of registration, candidates can register themselves by paying fees of INR 500.

Given below are the application fees course and center wise. Candidates are requested to pay an amount of INR 600 in addition as late fee for the Kathmandu Center and 4 domestic centers and USD 10 for the Overseas Center provided the application is submitted between 13th to 20th March 2025.

ICAI Application Form 2026: Eligibility
Candidates can register themselves for foundation program subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions:
- Candidate should have appeared in the Class 12th examination from a recognized board.
- Examination Fees should be paid within the stipulated time.
Important Instructions for ICAI 2026 Application Form
- The candidate is required to create a login ID on the official ICAI website, which is a one-time registration process;
- Once the candidate has registered, they will receive a username and password on the email ID they provided during registration. The same will also be shared via an SMS on the mobile number shared during the process of one-time registration;
- The candidate is required to login using the credentials so provided during the one-time registration in order to access the application form;
- The candidate is required to fill in the form accurately with valid details. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
- Followed by which, the candidate is required to pay the application fee which is acceptable only through the online mode (even UPI payments are accepted);
- After submission of the application form, the candidates are advised to get a printout of the same as it might be required later;
- If the image uploaded does not show on the application form, then the candidate will have to attach two latest colored photographs of dimensions (passport size- 3.5*4.5) one attested and one non- attested;
- If the candidate’s signature does not reflect on the application form, then the candidate must sign on the specified places and also get it attested by the parents/guardian at the specified place;
- The candidate will be required to get the ICAI CA 2025 application form attested either by Gazetted Officer/Principal of School/University or a Chartered Accountant.
