CGBSE 12th syllabus 2022-23 is available on the official website, cgbse.nic.in, in PDF file format. Latest syllabus is applicable in all the schools (government/non- government, private, aided) affiliated to Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education. CGBSE 12th exams will be conducted from March 1 to March 31, 2023.
- CGBSE 12th supplementary exams will be held after the declaration of regular exam results.

CGBSE 12th Stream-Wise Syllabus 2022-23
The CGBSE class 12 syllabus is available for all the three streams - Science, Commerce and Arts. The syllabus has been reduced in accordance with the structure of the syllabus of competitive exams like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET and other entrance examinations. As the syllabus of intermediate and entrance exams are similar, the scheme of the latter has been considered as the basic pattern of revising the syllabus. The detailed syllabus for each stream has been stated below:
Science Stream
The syllabus for Science stream should be carefully analysed as the pattern will be the same in the forthcoming competitive examinations. At the school level, the syllabus of Mathematics will be the same for those students who are taking Mathematics as an optional subject. It will not be different in context to the stream.
Physics Syllabus
In the Physics syllabus there are around nine most important chapters that are retained after the revision of syllabus. Project will be controlled and managed by the school authorities before the final exam and the marks will be given out of 30. These chapters are important as the same will be framed in the syllabus of competitive/entrance examinations. The chapters are:

Chemistry syllabus for intermediate is a bit lengthy. However, after the reduction of syllabus there are few chapters that have been excluded thus making the syllabus short. The detailed syllabus are tabulated below:

Mathematics Syllabus
As per the revised syllabus there are only six chapters for class 12 that are required to be studied. The rest of the chapters have been omitted from the syllabus as the remaining classes are not sufficient for the completion of the whole syllabus. The chapters that have been retained are (a) Relations and Functions (b) Algebra (c) Calculus (d) Vector and 3-D Geometry (e) Linear Programing (f) Probability.
Biology Syllabus
Biology for class 12 have been divided into two parts- Botany and Geology. The important chapters and the allotted marks for the same have been mentioned below:

Accountancy is the major subject for commerce stream. The curtailed syllabus has not been updated yet on the website. However, it can be assumed that the important chapters like BRS(Bank Reconciliation Statement), Depreciation, Consignment Account, Balance Sheet, Partnership Account, Company Account(Shares and Debentures) etc. These are some of the most important chapters for intermediate examination and are supposed to be retained.
Psychology
Psychology is an optional paper in the exam but it is mandatory to pass the exam. The revised syllabus of Psychology is tabulated below:
