How to Fill BUMAT Application Form 2026

You apply for BUMAT 2026 online in two phases — first you register to create your login, then you fill and submit the form. Complete both phases before today’s deadline.

Phase 1: New Registration

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in using your application number and password.
2. Fill in your personal details: name, date of birth, gender, category, and nationality.
3. Fill in your academic details: Class 10 and Class 12 board, year of passing, and marks.
4. Select your programme and exam preferences as required.
5. Upload your photograph, signature, and other required documents in the specified format and size.
6. Review every detail carefully — cross-check your name, date of birth, category, and photo.
7. Pay the ₹1,500 application fee via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
