From libraries to sports facilities its all top not there are all source of groups available and the facilities and technology provisions are almost stop much everywhere or at least you can compare it with the top notch iits. I think if we talk about Manipal Mahe then this campus life is to be honest one of the best in India period and its just almost all other things availability of all the things and particularly the best part is if someone is taking admission at Manipal Mahi the students are almost in all the cases eligible for almost 100% reimbursement of their medical fees in Kasturba hospital Manipal which is thing that is I think nowhere available in India. And the reason I am saying this is because Kasturba hospital is among the top 5 medical College and hospitals in India so to get get amount of medical facility that to at almost 0 cost for the students is amazing.

Internships Opportunities

So the internship opportunities are plenty both for BTech and for MTech and if I talk about particularly in mtech because I was part of a masters course in engineering so all the companies will come in 2nd semester of the course work and the companies will look at the eligibility criteria of the students that includes whatever percentage they got in b.tech and their mtech first semester and next based on the test on the interviews and placement test ,if the student is successful in all of these then they can get an internship that last for almost 8 to 12 months. particularly if i say about the number of companies coming inside the campus it's a lot and students will get ample opportunities if you he/she is eligible in terms of marks got in B.Tech and MTech, which is usually around 7 to 7.5 GPA

Placement Experience

The jobs were arranged at the end of last year and very different companies came to interview us, at least 15 recruitment companies came, including Google and Intel as the known firms. The average package run between Rs.10 lakhs to 12 lakhs per year with 90% of the students getting placed.

We had four semesters in total to the two year course, 4 to 5 subjects were taught in semester and external, internal with the practical examination were taken orally. The curriculum was easy and stressfree and we had to submit a major project report at the end of the final year.

My Review

My course name is VLSI design that is very large scale integration. This is one of the systems for the electronics department. I am studying in some elective papers on this degree this course give this opportunity. This college has per staffs handled a maximum of 5 students.

My college students are trained to trainers, staffs in every day and my college arranges the placements for more companies on our campus. My college is encourages to my college student for entrepreneurship and startup. Juniors are always supported for placed students.

Manipal life

I have taken VLSI design . That is mainly due to my interest in my domain . Me curriculum is mainly focused on research. You will have lab sessions where you will have a chance to understand the subject better with practical knowledge. The professors here are supporting and help you only when you have done enough research on that subject . This makes you learn the subject on your own. Theory lectures are informative and proper guidance is given.

As I have done my masters I couldn't get much time in participating but I have seen btech students enjoying the fest dance every festival is celebrated as at home. Car racing , science fests educational trips conferences and many more . The campus is always active . The student keep practising for skits and other things. An indoor auditorium , gymnasium and many more to make you active and healthy
