Location Facts

There are two campuses: One located at Lethbridge, Alberta and other at Calgary, Alberta. Nestled in the southern Alberta coulees and overlooking the Oldman River, the Lethbridge Campus is known for its signature Arthur Erickson building, University Hall. Located in downtown Calgary in the Bow Valley College building, the Calgary Campus is located nearby to the CT Train station, Central Library, National Music Centre and the city's vibrant East Village


There are two campuses: Lincoln park campus (main campus) and Springbank campus


Library

The University Library provides a variety of study spaces including study tables, carrels, and group work rooms. The Library provides access to computers equipped with current internet browsers, and a variety of productivity software and applications. Listening and viewing equipment is available for use with a variety of media types. Group work rooms are equipped with projectors or wall-mounted monitors for connection to laptops (perfect for collaboration or practicing presentations). Wireless network access is available on all three levels of the Library. A number of computers with specialized software and devices are also available to assist students, faculty, and staff with disabilities. 


The Riddell Library and Learning Centre is a contemporary building and has inclusive space for collaboration and connection with expertise and resources that inspire and support innovative teaching, learning and scholarship. This four-storey, nearly 16,000-square-metre, building brings together experts and resources from the Academic Development Centre, including the START Lab (student technology and resource training); Department of Education; Mokakiiks Centre for Scholarship of Teaching and Learning; Student Learning Services; and University Library.


Campus Life

The university is ranked 4th in student services among Candian universities. There are multiple opportunities for every student like eating facilities, wellness facilities, bookstore etc. 


University life has both study time and time to explore. There are events like Cougars game,  students can join any club among 75 clubs, and attend unique events all on campus. From New Student Orientation to the Crowchild Classic and arts performances, you’ll find meaningful experiences. Other facilities include recreation centers, athletics, peer groups etc.
