KLE College of Pharmacy, Hubli campus (KLECPH) is a constituent college of the KLE University (deemed-to-be), Belgaum. It was established in the year 1985 by the KLE Society. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, and the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs offered by the institute are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The College currently offers two UG courses, viz. B. Pharm. and Pharm. D., a PG program (M. Pharm.) with 4 branches, and a Ph.D. program in 4 different pharmacy specializations, viz. Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, and Pharmachemistry. KLECPH was ranked #37 in the National Institutional Ranking Framework pharmacy ranking 2021.
- The application mode for all courses except Ph.D. is online. Ph.D. candidates can download the application form from the University website or collect the same in person from the University’s admission cell.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories are given 5% relaxation in the Minimum eligibility criteria of marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
- Candidate with a higher percentile of aggregate marks in the UG exam and the candidate with the higher age between the two will be given preference in case of a tie in the entrance exam marks during selection for M. Pharm.
- All candidates must necessarily appear for KLEU-AIET prior to the selection process. No other CET score is accepted by the Institute for admission purpose.
- Candidates seeking Lateral Entry to B. Pharm. must appear in the respective KLEU-AIET for admissions. Only management quota candidates are exempted from taking the entrance exam.

KLE College of Pharmacy UG Admissions 2023
KLE College of Pharmacy offers two 4 and 6-year degree programs in the field of pharmacy at the undergraduate level. It currently offers a 4-year B. Pharm. course along with a 6-year Pharm. D. program to eligible candidates who have passed their 10+2 level exam with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subject along with Mathematics/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Biotechnology. Selection of candidates for both theses program is done through an entrance test (KLEU-AIET) conducted by the governing university (deemed-to-be).
Aspiring candidates may fill the online application form by visiting the university’s official website. The application fee for B. Pharm./ Pharm. D. can be paid using credit/ debit card or net banking. Only online mode of application and fee payment is recognized by the Institute for the purpose of admission and subsequent selection.

KLE College of Pharmacy PG Admissions 2023
KLE College of Pharmacy offers a 2-year M. Pharm. program at the postgraduate level. Specialization offered under the M. Pharm. program include Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to this program is a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) degree from a recognized institute. Candidates are also required to obtain a minimum of 55 percentile marks in the qualifying exam. Selection of candidates is done on the basis of their performance in the entrance test conducted by the Institute on all-India basis.
Candidates seeking admission to the M. Pharm. program may apply online by filling the online application form available at the institute’s website. Payment of application fee for the M. Pharm. program can be done online using credit/ debit card or net-banking. It is mandatory for all candidates applying for the M. Pharm. program to take the KLEU-AIET for the respective session.

KLE College of Pharmacy – Ph.D. Admissions 2023
KLE College of Pharmacy offers doctoral level programs (Ph.D.) in various disciplines of pharmacy, viz. Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, and Pharmachemistry. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to this program is an M. Pharm. degree with 50% marks. Selection of candidates is done on the basis of their performance in entrance test followed by a personal interview conducted by the Ph.D. Admission Committee.
Prospective candidates may download the application form and information brochure from the university’s website and submit a duly filled copy of the application along with photocopies of all relevant documents so as to reach on or before the last date. The application fee for Ph.D. can be paid through demand draft only.

Key Points:
- Candidates with UGC-NET/ JRF are exempted from taking the entrance exam. Such candidates must however attend the personal interview session without fail.

KLE College of Pharmacy, Hubli Application Process
KLE College of Pharmacy accepts applications from eligible candidates through online mode filled and submitted through the University’s official website. The application process in details is as follows:
- Students may visit the official website of the governing university and fill the application form online.
- All particulars in the application form must be filled correctly. Candidates must fill all relevant columns, otherwise, the application will be considered as incomplete and hence rejected without prior notice.
- All entries made in the application form should be in capital letters only. Candidates are advised to write their names exactly as in the documents of their higher secondary and/ or graduation.
- The complete application form must be submitted online. Candidates must take a printout of the complete application form and a hard copy of the same must be sent to the University campus so as to reach on or before the last date of application.
- The candidate and his/ her parent or guardian are required to sign the declaration on the downloaded printed copy of the application form. Applications without both the signatures will be considered incomplete.
- The application fee for KLEU-AIET 2021 (INR 1,000 as prescribed) can be paid online using credit/ debit card or net-banking. The institute recognizes no other mode of payment for the same.
