College does not provide placement to the students belong to BA hon but there is the placement for other course, students belonging to BA hon. In English, they can get recruited in the same college if they complete their PhD. from the same college.

I dont like a course curriculum of that college actually and the exam structure was also very poor sometimes we students feel like there is no college management at all there was very poor education system and college managment was also not so good and the behavior or college staff was somethimes rude and i dont like a course curriculum of that college actually and the exam structure was also very poor so there was no placment at all

Dalmia College Rajgangpur has a dedicated career guidance and placement cell and it organizes placement drives every year for the last year students in which many BPOs, financial and banking organizations come to take the interview to provide placement opportunities to the college students and students get selected in those companies.

Placement is not that good, placement opportunities are ok because the job opportunities provided by the college are very less although the college has placement and career counseling cell. Placement cell and career counseling cell guide students in placement, Seminar/workshops, Science exhibition, and field tours, guide students for innovation, research aptitude department, and entrepreneurship.
