Thriving in Academics and Beyond at GIST , Gunupur

Likes

Faculties are friendly & always supports students
College is situated at a very silent place 5KM out from the town Gunupur which is in a very greeny nature thats wonderful
Infrastructure is very good , campus is beautiful in looks , labs are also in good condition

Dislikes

More of the Teaching staffs are freshers
Those female teachers who have experience they are very rude to students
No helps related to placements , campus selection is not offered here

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I've interested in medical field & as well as industrial field & thus this course offers us medical as well as industrial opportunities so i thought i can easily get my dreams comes true so i choose it The exam are held here as semester, there are totally 8 semester in 4 years of course Per 6 month there is a semester & 2 internals have conducted by the college Also there is practical exams in both semester and internals The exams are conducted by our university i.e Biju Pattanaik University of Technology (BPUT) Rourkela

My own opinion

Likes

I like the entire environment of the college.
I like the teachers and their way of teaching.
I like all the activities like sports and annual function.

Dislikes

I dislike the transport medium and the location.
The weather of the locality area in summer.
There is no proper communication facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Factors that influenced the decision to choose pharmacy as career opportunities, desire to help others, anticipatory socialization levels, and professional socialization were key factors. Caucasian students were more motivated by career opportunities compared to Asian students. we appear 2 semisters in a year and 2 practical and theoretical internal exam in a vear.

I had a little bit of interest in the medical department and in medicines and drugs so I choose a bachelor of pharmacy in Gayatri Institute of Science and Technology Gunpur. Faculty members and assistant professors have completed their master's in pharmacy and their methods are very well-mannered. They are very strict and respected in their teaching method
