The college offers placement opportunities for final-year students, with a recruitment ratio of about 30% and an average package of 2-4 lakhs. In 2018-2019, several students received placements. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Cognizant are among the BPO companies that recruit students, primarily in the healthcare sector. However, fewer large-scale companies participate in placement drives, and the placement quality is considered mediocre. Approximately 50% of students secure placements, mainly during the 3rd and final year.
The college provides placement assistance, career guidance, and training services but does not offer internships directly. Students are advised to pursue MPharm after their bachelor's for better opportunities. Diploma students typically pursue further studies or open their own businesses. Industrial visits are part of the curriculum, and a compulsory three-month internship at a medical or hospital is required, with records submitted to the college.
