Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute offers part-time 1-year Diploma course in 2 specializations with the intake of 40 students in each and full-time 1-year Post-Graduate Diploma in 2 disciplines with 40 seats each.

Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Degree course with minimum experience of 3 years are eligible to join Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management. The minimum eligibility requirement of Diploma in Labours Law and Practice course is that candidates must be working individuals with experience in labor practice or they must be students of management, law, social work, human resource, etc.

For admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety course, candidates who have a Ph.D. Degree in engineering or technology, Graduation or Post-Graduation or Diploma Degree in Engineering, Technology, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, and likes are considered eligible to join the course. For Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management course, candidates must hold Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University to be eligible.

Admission to both Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma course is given on merit-basis and marks obtained in the interview round conducted by the college.

Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute offers a 2-year MSW with the intake of 45 students. Candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree course in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized university are considered eligible.

Admission to the eligible candidates is given on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination and score obtained in the interview round conducted by the institute.
