Faculty:
The faculty was initially top-notch and highly qualified, coming from reputed backgrounds and universities. But recently, due to the ever-rapidly increasing student population, the quality of faculty admissions has degraded. Now, mostly all professors hired are Jindal graduates themselves.
Course structure revolves around 4 months of a semester, with 3 months of studying and 1 month of examinations.
The course is divided into 50 marks for internals while 50 for externals. The internal scheme runs throughout the semester at discretion of the professor - in class exams, presentations, quizes, viva, research paper etc while the external scheme is an in-class 3 hour examination towards the end of the semester.
The internal examination is not anonymous while external examinations are anonymous, eliminating bias.
