Our college also provides Internship opportunities in India and as well as in Abroad also. I committed to my internship for Le Rosenmeer in France. There I learnt a lot of new things in culinary also I learnt about French gastronomic cuisine. I also learnt about Different types of Wine

My international internship experience

My overall experience at IIHM ahemdabad was very good.
We have so many events and practical exposure.

Internships Opportunities:

I was working with the L'Aiglon Restaurant. It was a very good experience. I got to work in the kitchen and learned a lot. So my shift timings were 8 hours only and I had a very good practical exposure. I would like to thank IIHM Ahemdabad for this amazing opportunity.

International Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad Review

Internships Opportunities:

The college has a very good internship program and we get lots of international exposure as we get very good opportunities to work with international hotel brands. The college was able to provide 100% internship. I was also able to opt for an internship in ITC and the experiences that I gained there was really great.

Student's Review On International Institute Of Hotel Management - [IIHM], Ahmedabad

Internships Opportunities:

Grand hyatt kochi, Kerala - stipend - 2000 per month. Worked in core departments of hotel like front office, culinary, housekeeping and food and beverage service. The students fill up a form with 5 companies or hotels they want to do internship in. Then the training coordinator invites those hotels to take interview, and the student who clears the interview gets selected.

Placement Experience:

Yes first of all the internship is there in second year for six months in any five star hotel all over the globe. Now they give us the campus interview for both foreign and domestic Internship. They help us completely and same is in the placement we get national and international campus interview.
