Founded in the year 2009, Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition is located in Bhatinda, Punjab. IHMCT & AN is regulated by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Noida.
The Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition offers two courses viz. a 3-years B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration course along with five diploma courses of one and a half years duration.

Admission to the course is done on the basis of Joint Entrance Examination conducted by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Noida.
Candidates who have qualified 10+2 or its equivalent examination with English as compulsory language subject from a recognized Board are considered eligible to get admission into the program.
The upper age limit for General and PH candidates is 22 years. In case of SC/ST, candidates should not be less than 25 years as on July 01 of the admission year.
