Our college does not provide any loan or scholarship facilities we asked them various times but they refused we have already told you we don't provide any scholarships that is their answersAnd we fill personal govt. Schems and they provide some students not to everyone

There are many scholarship options offered by the college to all the students... But not all students are interested to participate...

Different kinds of loan facilities available like state bank of India students loan facility. Jammu and Kashmir bank's students loan facility, but I didn't availed any of them due to my support from my parents.

As per my knowledge there was no such thing. But some students were there who took loans n came to study but by the college side it was not there. Students who were sc/st that get half of the amount refunded after completing.
