My life in IIHM

So basically we have a very good faculty....they really teach us well and the practical classes are fantastic to learn.
So we will be having our industrial training in the 2nd year of the course it is very gud experience in IT
And in the final year we get placements which are of very gud group of hotels come to our college for selections

Placement Experience:

Campus placements will be happening from your 5th sem on wards where different group of hotels come to our college for campus interview we also have placements in abroad and in cruise lines so the college will be taking care of the placement once you get through campus interview.

nothng dislikes in my college they said classes properly

Placement Experience:

Placements are held on my campus and final year students are eligible for the placements goodwill hotels and restaurants came for the placements and they offered so many jobs and in college, my senior named Jayant got highest packaged like 100000 lakhs per annum placements getting no percentage linked

Faculty are good they teach good and help us to improve our skills
Placement are guaranteed in this college
Infrastructure are quite enough to learn

After completing 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements and in the 4th semester we should do our internship for 4 months The starting package will be low but after experience, it increases

I liked the faculty and the way they teach the subjects

Dislikes

The college doesn't provide good washrooms and water is scarce
The hostel is not very good and it can be improved a lot.

Placement Experience:

Almost all the students will get placed in a college. The companies visiting are various national and multinational companies that are prestigious and have a long history. The students don't need to worry about them getting into small hotels.

One of the best Culinary Courses in the Country

Their Approach to Teach us various methods, techinques, and practical classes.
The Diversity in the Currilcillum in terms of subjects.
The Infrastructure is Very good for the Bakery and patessrie oriented students.

Dislikes

The order in which the course is been taught need rearranging.
They should encourage the students to make their own menus and dishes and improve their artistic component
Lack of Items for Presentation and decoration for theme based food events.

Placement Experience:

The college offers Campus Placements in various sectors in the final year from reputed hotel chains such as, ITC, Taj, Oberoi, Marriot, Hilton, The Park,GRT ect. as well as Cruise Liners such as P&O, Costa, Princess and many more. They all come to the college and conduct Interviews.

From the 6th sem, we are eligible for campus placement. Marriott,itc, and some other companies the 30 to 40 offers. The highest package from campus is 25000 for management trainees. The percentage is not mandatory you have to pass on all types of interview rounds. you have to maintain good communication and hoteliers qualities.

Iihmca super place to grow ones career

Faculty are very friendly. It helps us to learn the subject very easily
Every day we have practicals. Which helps us to enhance our skills
Events also take place were our skills can be shown

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester onwards we find our seniors get the campus interview. All the major 5-star hotel properties visit our campus for the campus interview. At the same time, we also saw cruise interviews also take place.
