Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management offers B.A., B.Sc. and Bachelor’s degree in different disciplines of Hotel Management and Administration. The basic criterion to apply for admission in these courses requires the candidates to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized Board.

B. Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration is a 3-year full-time professional program aimed at developing human resources for the Hotel Industry and Hospitality Services. The course spread over six semesters, with a semester dedicated to Internship, equips students with all the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities.

BA in International Culinary Arts is a 3-year full-time professional program and involves comprehensive study of the basic and advanced skills needed for a career within the culinary world. In addition to honing their culinary skills, this course of study provides students a strong business foundation.

BBA in Aviation Management program covers a range of subjects from both Marketing and Aviation Management and student will be well-equipped with knowledge and hands-on experience to build a career in Aviation Management by the end of the course.

Bachelor in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT) is a vocational course which educates and trains aspirants to acquire professional skills that would help them in getting a job in the hospitality industry.

Diploma in Hotel Operations program is designed to develop operational and technical skills of students for a career in the hospitality industry. The focus is on gaining key competencies in basic areas of hotel operations and the concept of hospitality. For a Diploma course in Hotel Operations, candidate is required to have 10^th/ 10+2/ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

GNIHM, Kolkata MBA and M.Sc. Admission 2025

GNIHM offers M.Sc. and M.B.A. courses in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. The basic criterion to take admission in these programs needs the candidates to have secured a bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Master of Business Administration or MBA in Hospitality & Hotel Administration is a 2-year full-time postgraduate program in Hospitality Management, which emphasises on the application of business principles and practices within the hospitality industry. The course follows a semester-based curriculum, with each year comprising two semesters, inclusive of an internship in the hospitality industry. The course aims at preparing professionals for various roles in the hospitality and tourism industry.
