05 Aug, 2025 Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2025 is ongoing for MBBS/ BDS courses. The last date for registration and choice filling @tnmedicalselection.net is extended to August 6, 2025. The Seat Allotment will be out on August 8, 2025. Check revised schedule.

Tagore Dental College & Hospital Chennai BDS is offered as 5 Years Full Time program. The minimum eligibility criteria for BDS is 10+2 with 50% + NEET. The total fees for Tagore Dental College & Hospital Chennai BDS in 2023 is ₹ 12.5 Lakhs for the complete course duration, which includes total tuition fees of ₹ 12.5 Lakhs.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with 50% marks on aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany/Zoology) and English at the qualifying examination at the end of 12 years of study for all categories except for scheduled caste and tribe who are eligible with 40% aggregate. Graduate students should have one of the following subjects as major viz. Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology or should have passed the earlier qualifying examination with the above subjects. Students who have studied abroad, the equivalency of qualification as determined by the Association of Indian Universities and should have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English upto 12th standard with 50% marks.
Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or complete the age on or before 31st December of the years of admission to the first year BDS course.
The students who want to join BDS should appear for the NEET examinations and should have qualified in that.

Tuition fees is 200000 and fees for instruments and books is 100000 and transport fees is 90000 I didn't choose transport so my fees is 300000 and fees for my friends is 400000 all these are for government quota if u join by management quota the fees ranges from 500000 to 700000.Talking about scholarships for bc its 4000.

Academically well orientated college

Fees and Financial Aid:

Tution fee - 275000 Hostel fee - 110000 Instruments fee - 85000. And misc fees around 5k Scholarship available for sc / st students. The above mentioned fees are for per yr. So a total of 4 years will cost around 20L Theres no tution fees in internship but hostel / transport fees has to be paid if utilized.

There is no tution fee raised the fee will for the first year will be your last year's fee also The total fee will come to around 1500000 without the hostel You can avail Post metric sc schoolship of rs 250000 if you are parents' income is less than 2.5 lakhs You must undergo a year compulsary internship for which you will have rs 1000 for a month.

fees structure comes around 3 to 4 lakhs ( can vary according to institution and hostel fees), yes there are scholarships available in various categories and financial assistance is also provided. Campus employment opportunities are vast and are very beneficial.
