The real review of SDC ??????

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is amazing
The teaching style, the rare machines and the exposure that you get in college is impeccable! You become a great dentist by the time you complete your UG
The patient flow is abundant and so is the number of cases to handle for the doctors. Around 2000 patients come for treatment to this college everyday. The internships here are paid!

Dislikes

Too much work load will be there. Too many quotas to complete
The fees structure is something that could have been less but it is what it is
Work again, students of 2nd year do the work of a final year student here. Though they get very familiarised with everything and it would help in future..it’s too much work

Internships Opportunities:

The final year that is the 5th year is the internship year is done in the same college! There are no placements for dentistry done. The internship are paid. In which one can earn from 15k to 1L easily depending upon the number of cases they handle.

Don't judge a college by it's name

Likes

I like out patients flow, which is quit higher
Good internet access with access to dias
Good library and better digital management

Dislikes

Bad hostel and accommodation which is high in room rent

Internship is provided for BDS students likr cri No Internship for fds No stipend bds students will get stipend according to there work We have to manage with all types of out patients during Internship program

My Saveetha Experience

Likes

Ample patients, Dedicated staff, Good infrastructure
Library with large number of books, articles and journals
Well equipped computer information centre with macintosh based imac

Dislikes

Bus services were not frequent from Kumananchavadi

Internships Opportunities:

I had a great exposure to various types of dental problems including Esthetics, caries, pulpal disease, periodontal disease, impacted teeth, malocclusion, missing teeth, community dentistry, oral cancer and oral precancerous conditions

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in the college is average. Around 40% students got the placement in the college and other students go out to Sir Steve Jobs. It is very easy for a MDS student to get a job but for the other department who are doing just the beginners course it becomes difficult

Placement Experience:

Placement offered is outstanding, almost 98% students are placed with handsome packages, and remaining opted for higher education. The internship was a integral part and we students of PG were offered Rs.35,000 stipend for the same.

We have excellent placement opportunities in our college. A high percentage of students are recruited by the top local and national companies and many of them also prefer to open their private clinics. Some of them also join military services, medical writing and dental lab technician.

There's a high demand for graduates and pass-outs from our college as it trains us to become highly professional doctors. Almost 85% of the students are recruited by the top national and multi national companies every year. However, some students also opt for private practice after graduation.

Placement Experience:

The placements are good. The job prospects are excellent, and the recruitment process includes a one-year internship at the college. The stipend is not available, so this is a private college. So overall, the college has an excellent placement record.

GREAT INFRASTRUCTURE

Placement Experience:

An undergraduate degree in dentistry is not an internship. But they hear about internships at UG. This is not a paid internship, as no private college offers. But Savita's internship is very different from any other college in Tamil Nadu.

Excellent college with high-medical facilities.

Placement Experience:

In medical field, the placement and job opportunities are immense. There are lot of vacancies with high pay packages in both government and private sectors. The college also grants internship with good stipend. I opted to pursue private job, but most of my batch mates got placed through the college placements and many wrote government exams for placement.
