My views on Genesis Dental College Firozpur

Likes

Faulty is really good and helpful . Also very supportive
Security is very high every individual student can feel safe
Study orientated campus , encourages students to do their best

Dislikes

Management is not good and not very helpful
Food can sometimes suck. Same weekly food no changes in menu

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is strictly of that of and BDS course which will eventually lead me to become a Doctor. It prepares us to understand the human body and more specifically the human jaw and it's related things. It prepares us to be better doctors in future. Considering how relevant is the course there are no improvement that should be taken. Exams are held in every 2 to 3 months from the college and if u study well everything is easy for you

Genesis dental College is best dental College

Likes

Seniors are very friendly and they are supportive
Ragging free campus and faculty is very caring,supportive.They help us in every single problem .
Many states students are studying in our campus which is very big opportunity for us to interact them .

Dislikes

Sometimes food of mess is not good .It's only once in a week rest of days it's good.
After 7 pm we are not allowed to go outside the college .after 9:30 we are not going outside the hostel gate

Course Curriculum Overview:

BDS is not easy degree.BDS is 5 year integrated course 4 +1.one year of internship .In internship we get stipend.In BDS we need not more practice to become a good dentist.nowadays many people suffers from teeth problems .

I liked the teaching staff here . They teach us nicely.
The practical stuffs are quite good and different with new ways of explaining
Great food in the cafeteria provided by the college with affordable hostel

Dislikes

Campus area is too small with a little space for outdoor sports.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Dentistry is a good career option for the future and a great option for finance. Being a dentist feels great when we work socially for the world and brings smiles to the faces of many people. The frequency of exams is too frequent and keeps students busy all the time with no time for private life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty here was good and helpful. They are caring. classrooms are good and ventilated. It was easy to pass the exam here because the faculty members here are hardworking. I am enjoying with everyone here.

Dentistry: The struggle

Likes

The faculty, they were really helpful. The environment

Dislikes

The hostel , not too spacious enough , washrooms are not clean
The mess is really unhygienic, sometimes cockroaches were found

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fine I chose this course since I wanted to change the smiles of people. All the faculties are certified doctors . There are 3 terminal exams with the last being the final exam. And honestly speaking it's not to difficult to pass the exams . Only if you are smart enough.

Medical students life

Likes

Greenery is all around due to lots of trees.
Near highway so it is located in a quiet place
Seminars are conducted regularly on campus

Dislikes

College cafe is overpriced and limited options
Mess food is low in quality and quantity
Warden is rude and has no social manners

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is a little difficult. Faculty is good some department lack faculty. I chose this course because i wanted to be a dentist. 56 is the student faculty ratio. Faculty is MBBS or MDS or PHD qualified. Teaching is fine. Hard to pass but exams are on time

College is in a quiet area closer to nature.
Construction of 250 bed hospital and hostel reconstruction.
Tests taken regularly and faculty strict when needed

Dislikes

Faculty not available for certain departments
Cafe inside college is overpriced and has low quality food.
Fine system for being absent in lectures or missing tests

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is good. Faculty are well experienced and teach well. Faculty : student ratio is depends on batch like the newest 2023 batch has a ratio of 1:70 but 2020 batch has 1: 33. Faculty are MDS qualified some have PHD, MBBS degrees too. Exams are taken timely. It's fairly easy to pass if you are regular throughout the year.
