Bvp dental college review

Likes

Faculty is highly educated and experienced. Depth of the subject is provided by them at all available times. Each department has atleast 2 or more teachers each covering different part of the subject
Apart from academics there is a lot of focus on sports, cultural activities and extra curriculum
Classrooms are big enough accommodating atleast 100 students. Girls to boys ratio is 4:1

Dislikes

There are no Air conditioners in the classroom
Canteen is very small and congested. Food options are very limited

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is after 4 years of bds It is within the college hospital of bharati vidyapeeth. With a min. Stipend of 5000rs. Patient flow is not much making that a drawback apart from that you can practice.

It is a NAAC A+ accredited college, the infrastructure is good
Staff are readily available to solve your queries
Environment is friendly and there are many social events and activities take which takes place during all the academic year

Dislikes

They pay very less stipend during the internship
Lifts does not work properly, and every other day they are shut for the repair
Patient flow is little less as compared to the other colleges in the area

Internships Opportunities:

Intership is of 1 year which is rotational means you have to serve each and every department during your intership. Advance techniques are reached during this period Stipend is very less - 2000-3000 per month Some companies like Colgate and other research and development companies provide placement opportunities for budding dentist

Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University

Placement Experience:

In BDS course, there is no placements. We are taught to treat patients. There is a hospital in our college in which patients come to get treated. Students are also alloted there to work under supervision.

No the college doesn't provides the job placements but do have intership curriculum but without stipend because it is an deemed university Internship is quite free time job and there's no any hectic schedule.
