The strong sense of community where everyone feels supported and connected
The dedicated faculty who are passionate about teaching and readily available for guidance

Dislikes

Less fest, time management issues, issues in attendance
Heavy workloads competitive environment, course selection
Challenging course material social isolation

Admission:

No i did not apply for any other colleges No i didnt aplly for other college Admission process for college is marks above 70% in sslc and puc boards no exams are there The overall admission was excellent

Likes

Education. Education here is really better
Disciplines.the college is very strict towards its rules.
Fests.fests are really fun and enjoyable here.

Dislikes

Too many rules to follow and is very strict
They keep taking extra classes even in sundays.
They are so hard on bca students regarding their studies.

Admission:

I must tell I didn't opt for this college. Bca was only available here for me because I wanted bca only so I came here but now I feel this coll6was actually better than other colleges regarding the education.

Likes

The Campus of the college is amazing and fosters learning environment.
The lecturers are really good and friendly.
The college has a great library with wide variety of books, and the labs are really good. The cultural and educational programs are amazing.

Dislikes

The Canteen should have variety food options.

Admission:

I did not apply to other colleges. I had directly applied to Canara College itself considering its popularity with regards to the quality education the institution provides with affordable cost. I experienced smooth admission process.

The college ambience was good. There is respective classes and labs for each section.

Admission:

I directly took the admission here. As I love this subject and I was supposed to study Botany. So while coming here I got triple degree in botany, Zoology and Chemistry. There is not such exams to get admission. Direct admission they are providing according to the marks in the previous exam

There were various training made available for the student in order to enhance the skills
Various curricular activities conducted where concentration is given on each student
Very friendly faculties and very much helpful

Dislikes

Placement was not that good according to me

My seniors recommended me this college because college concentrated on shaping the students to the real corporate world. Also they had various club activities and completions conducted which would shape my skills. Procedure was pretty much simple. I had interview with some lecturers and also i had to show them my previous score cards

The facilities that the college offer and the fees is also less compared to other colleges. The teaching faculties of my college is the best.

Dislikes

We're the science students so they focus little less on us for co-curricular activities.
They keep the dj after the program at late night so we can't stand for that. We will be excited for dj but it's too late.

As we were corona batch students, we were selected randomly for degrees. But we had an entrance test which included all the past subjects and some general knowledge. We also had an interview on the admission day. The principal was so good because when I didn't get a seat in bca she suggested I take bsc in CS and also explained me about the subjects in bsc nicely. The only improvement needed is they take more money for the admission sheet so if they make a little less, the poor families can afford some money to pay that fee.

definitely not a negative remark because. I choose this college for myself and more over I told my parents in 10 th std itself that I will be going to this college. so they gradually obliged and I ended up in my own choice of college
