The campus culture was remarkably liberal, fostering creativity and open dialogue. The PG diploma course itself was meticulously crafted, covering a diverse range of media disciplines. For all three sections of media;broadcast, new media and print, every necessary equipments and softwares are provided. The library has a wide range of collections, including first editions and provide access to all online portals from the library. Many colloquiums are conducted by the college that provides great exposure to the students. Students are given chance to attend various PM and other events as well.
There are multiple workshops and a good morning Chennai mock that works almost daily and the job is to run a 24*7 news channel. There are discussions with multiple teachers and the head journalists in India and abroad. The students play Badminton and Football as and when they get time. There is also a Table Tenis table and carrom inside the campus. The library is full of all the books one can possibly need. The classroom is well equipped with a camera, ppt, and good seating arrangement. There are advanced machines and cameras to help one get familiarised with the real world.
There are many events held in the year which are mostly related to the course and not other things. The college organizes many events that would benefit students like interactive sessions, field trips, visits, and many other events that make the students a lot more capable. The college is also good with all the modern equipment and all the facilities.
Girls ratio is more than boys. Three floors were given to girls and one to boys. Campus life is good. There is wi-fi, a lush-green garden, TT and badminton court. Infrastructure is awesome and it seems you are not in India. It is too beautiful. Only a problem in hostel part is that boys can easily enter girls' one and vice versa.
