Apart from this, by putting all required amenities in place and establishing a friendly community and supportive network that promotes collaboration and friendship, the college has ensured that students throughout their course can grow academically, socially, and personally. Smart Classrooms: There are ultra-modern lecture halls in the campus of Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences to make sure that students can fully understand the content that is being delivered to them in a favorable environment that supports learning, collaboration and intellectual growth. All the classes are well-resourced with latest technologies and projector and faculty from time to time uses a blend of both traditional teaching techniques and new multimedia resource to deliver lectures.

Laboratories: College has also established state-of-the-art labs to regularly carry out research projects and experiments related to course syllabus, because it is a well known fact that when we deal with medicines and human body, scientific explorations are must to understand the complex features of human body and shape the future of healthcare. And these labs are primarily used by researchers, students and their teachers.

Seminar Hall and Auditoriums: For the purpose of maintaining an atmosphere that encourages active learning, interaction and participation of people during large gatherings, the NIMS has developed a wonderful Seminar Hall and Auditorium, that is equipped with impressive design, modern audio-video devices, projector, internet facility and a comfortable seating space. And events and activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops and symposiums are regularly organized here in order to gain insights of emerging trends and developments related to medical research.

Medical Science Block: The NIMS also has this block and it primarily work as a symbol of research and innovation. This block has everything ranging from well-developed labs, simulation centers and research facilities.

Teaching Hospital: The Hyderabad based college is committed to provide best practical exposure and training to students who joins them to pursue their dream courses. Hence a 350 Bedded fully-fledged and modernized teaching hospital has been developed by the NIMS. And this hospital has all the basic to advanced amenities ranging from different Laboratories such as Biochemistry, Pathology, Histopathology, Serology and Microbiology followed by a Blood Donor Room, Doctor Consultation Rooms for one-on-one consultations and ensuring open communication and collaboration, so that patients concerns and questions can be addressed on time with empathy and care.

Apart from this, there is a CT Scan Room having latest generation CT scanner along with a team of skilled radiologists and technologists, Outpatients Department (OPD), Emergency Services Department with dedicated team of professionals to handle critical cases, Modern Operation Theatres and an experienced surgical team cater to surgical emergencies.

Last but not the least, there is a General Ward which is completely dedicated for providing essential medical care and support for non-intensive treatments, Electrocardiography (ECG) and Treadmill Test (TMT) services, Intense Care Unit, Medical Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, PICU, Operation Theater, Visitor Lobby, Reception and general Patient Ward.

Library: With the objective to provide additional learning sources to both students and teachers and help them in their project and research work, the NIMS has built a vast Library which is spread on a huge area of 3,00,00 sq ft. and has 3 floors. Also, the library has been developed keeping in mind the international standards, has seating capacity of 550 people and is equipped with modern facilities and softwares which are used as automation tools. Also, central library hosts a very rich collection of 78200 volumes of books, 100032 titles of books, 1600 back volumes, 150 national and international journals along with non-academic collection related to disciplines likes Engineering, Technology, Management and Medicines.

There is also a digital library with 45 systems and well-stocked collection of AICTE recommended books and journals, exclusive reading space for 1st year students and separate Library for School of Pharmacy.

Lastly, fully air-conditioned cabins and discussion rooms are there and they are primarily used for brainstorming sessions, group discussion and project based group activities.

Hostels: For the purpose of giving a home like environment to students away from their home, so that they can feel safe and comfortable while chasing their dreams, the Neelima Institute provide separate accommodation facilities to both girls and boys. And these hostels are well-developed and well-resourced with amenities like rooms with attached washroom, bed, table, chair and cupboard, laundry, stationary shop, air cooler or AC as needed, 24*7 power and internet connectivity, in-campus hospital with ambulance to provide aid to students in case of any medical emergency, parking facility and mess.
