LPU Online - Room for growth in digital learning

Likes

The curriculum of the course is best and well defined
The teachers are also very supportive to the students
It provide learning’s facility like lms for the recorded lectures and elibrary

Dislikes

As it is online course so you cannot enjoy campus life, as all the things can be done online
Sometimes there are issues in their lms portal. But they solve them quickly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for placements in after 2nd semester. As it is online course so many of the students are already working they join this to get the masters degree. And about those students who are no working then the university provides placements through their pms portal you can apply from their

LPU online (MBA) review from a recent student .

Likes

The classes are on weekends that is good for person doing job
The recorded lectures are provided to watch anytime .
Teachers are professional and are good at teaching

Dislikes

The attendance can be increased by watching recorded lecture too . Is works as a cheat for non serious students who do not attend classes
The fees is too high according to the others colleges who give same facilities maybes the use their name as a brand .
They scholarship is availed by taking admission before a date but its a lie they keep updating the date again and again so the student take admission at fast as possible on fear of loosing the 10k scholarship

Placement Experience:

From 2nd semester you are eligible for campus placement. Current i am pursuing so i donot opt for the placement but very big MNCs and also Indian companies are there . Highest online MBA placement i heard is around 12 lakh per annum and average is 6-8 lakh . Mostly online MBA students are employed so the percentage of remaining ones are less and the one ho get placed vs not placed is 70:30 as placed:notplaced I prefer not to get placed as i want to study more

Overall nice experience

Likes

Organized schedule , quick and effective responses
Exposure to various people and network building opportunitys
Good and experience faculty with experience

Dislikes

A bit expensive for middle class students & family
Too many students compared to no of Faculty in some course

Course Curriculum Overview:

Current curriculum is bit old style not upto date with current reference in political science related aspects but in class current reference are always used filling the gap in curriculum exams are moderated and challenging consist of both application aspects and knowledge

Likes

I like hostel because there are good meal washing area and also have fresh meal at hostel
I like annual programms like LPUA and many other religoius programme like eid hoky etc
I like classroom because there are big digital screen and benchs are arranged in good manners

Dislikes

The thing i dislike is the bathroom area of histel because its soo messy
Parking area because there is nit much parking area in LPU
I didnt like cleaness there is always mess in the bathroom and outside my roomba

Placement Experience:

Placements at LPU are very good from ither colleges you will get you placement in you last semester different companies form world visit LPU to give internship to students.conpaniese like amazon,fkipkart etc visted regurally in the college the highest packege of 56 lakh from microsoft is given in the college.there is minimum 70% is requried to get placement.my plan was making my bussiness
