Internships Opportunities:

Collage provide internship and training for the graduates in their own hospital which is near the collage. The minimum period of training and internship was about 6 months. Students can also apply to other hospitals for internship.

The overall infrastructure is good and well managed

Dislikes

Practical classes are not as much as expected

Internships Opportunities:

The internships are provided in the kmct Hospital of ophthalmology itself and in nearby eye hospitals in calicut. And sometimes provided outside to calicut and kerala as well. Out of 1 year internship 6 months internship is compulsory in Kmct itself.

Basics of a kmctian

Likes

The classrooms are pretty spacious and with good facilities like fan , light etc , the benches etc are of good quality and there is a white board as well the normal board for use .there are 15 benches in a normal class
The faculty is helpful and is always there to guide us and help us there are willing to help u ok any doubts and are quite friendly and young teachers .
There are a lot of seminars conducted on general things that a physiotherapist should know as well as things that every person has to know ,a number of programmes is conducted weekly and most of them are really helpful

Dislikes

The canteen needs to be better . Better food items must be included like healthy foods as well as of now most of the food items are packed and the canteen needs more seating facilities compared to the students
The extracurricular activities aren’t much appreciated there are sports arts day etc but still there are no coaches or trainers for bringing up the skills of the students . Many other sports activities could be included
There are no projectors in the classes only present in random classes . Common room could be better with more facilities. There is no proper ground for games and activities so it could be improved

Internships Opportunities:

The internship is present for all courses. All courses provide an internship after completing the course it is usually a six-month-long internship and the students also need to do their internship for a small period at KMCT.

Kmct allied life

Likes

Good college,more facilities,good ambience.
Campus life need to be much more better but it is nice.
Faculties are good and talented and friendly.

Dislikes

No college campus,no play ground,no clinics.
Canteen could be better ,a better common room.
No smart board present in the classrooms.

Internships Opportunities:

We have six-month internship, one and a half months at KMCT medical College, and a balance of one and a half months in another hospital in Kerala and 3 months outside Kerala, seminars and projects have been conducted in the last two years of the course.

The truth

Likes

The teaching skill of the teachers were so good .
Library facility is good .It contains many books.
There is multipurpose hall where programs are conducted.

Dislikes

Campus Life is not good like arts and science college.
Canteen is small and should make it more big.
There is no store and play ground for students

Internships Opportunities:

There are six-month internships for physiotherapy students. Three months is done in kmct medical college and other three months of done in medical college of Mangalore. There is the project done in final year of bpt.

Likes

College Library is the best place in college having numerous book.
multipurpose hall with lot of facility and good vibe where the seminar is conducted.
architecture of college with lots of classroom.

Dislikes

College Campus vibe is comparatively low.
College canteen need to provided with option and the canteen need to renew.
Teacher behaviour and some role policy conducted here.

Internships Opportunities:

The internship is conducted for 6 months with 3 months at KMCT and another 3 months at another professional college. Projects should be conducted on workers of various professions and their outcomes should be noted like their muscle activity.

Things I liked my campus is faculty and staff
Academics are very good and easy to catch
College encourages extracurricular activities and sports activities

Dislikes

Canteen not big very congested and items are very less
Not a proper store for students and lack of faculty for anatomy
Not a big playground for sports activities and not trained couch for sports

Internship available on our campus, three months in KMCT hospital and remaining three months in Mangalore medical college. Projects start in the final year. Other hospitals are introduced to us by our college itself.

The internship is provided by the college for 6 months No stipend is provided. College helps us to find nearby colleges for the completion of the remaining internship period. But a stipend is provided. That is a red flag about the college

Faculties and teaching methods are impressing.teachers are alway available for students for seeking doubts. The internal exams and ither test papers are conducted properly.Practicals are properly conducted.Very skilled and highly qualified teachers

labs and libraries are good . averagely equipped lab is available

Dislikes

very very small campus. A single building is present
hostel facilities are very poor.very minimum facilities
teachers character is not much impressing. very strict for simple things. for leaving hostel for home we should beg for permission

Internships Opportunities:

3 month compulsory internship should be practiced in college itself. After that college will for assignation of the remaining internship in near by hospital or interstate hospitals . no stipend os offered during internships in college
