Enhancing journey

Likes

The trainers support and guidance was awesome and cleanliness was good. The trainers themselves used to spend ti teach us with practical knowledge of hospitality industry and food and beverages flower arrangements got to learn new skills.
Mentors name sir neelam who taught us soft skills and miss swati , and most other mentors pushed is to raise n were constantly beneficial towards our wholese growth. Stood with us on ups and downs motivated us on low times.
Color code of campus then and now is enhanced more ,purple color is a rich color. The uniform gor us at that time was was not that worthy if amount but name batches with wings were spirot boosters.

Dislikes

The head mistress and grooming standards were and are too strict in flywheel aviation academy. They should themselves provide grooming kit as most of the students like myself were new to it. Health was getting hampered.
Annual function and felicitation for our seniors was done in 2019, not for us after covid as well. Major excuss was corona virus after we completed our degree were out by uear April 2022, no function no get together was arranged.
As they have strict grooming rules yet they should consider current updated grooming standards of Airlines. As everywhere straight treated hair texture is not mandatory.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course itself is interlinked and making us interactive more extrovert person, as a Growing demand in service industry I personally had internships done in hotel industry, but to extent my level of growth and scope as got employed by Indigo Airline last year onwards so have good experience of growth and setbacks. Coming back to academy learning the curriculum taught us as per the level described in books , but the more encouraging role was played by our trainers support and guidance and our efforts as students coz due to pandemic times most of the exams time was changed. From classroom interactive learning suddenly for final years virtual learning experience then still connection remained.
