National Institute of Fashion Designing is a Hyderabad based, ISO Certified and leading private institution which came into existence in 2012 and offers an extensive range of employment oriented Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Certification courses in the discipline of Graphic, Fashion and Interior Designing along with Photography and Garment Technology. The college is affiliated to State Board of Technical Education and Training, Govt. of Telangana and is an approved training center of Jawaharlal Nehru Technical Education Council of Skill Development, India.
Admission to the institute’s courses is granted based on students marks in previous year’s qualifying exam and final selection happens based on criteria defined by the college. NIFD also offers scholarships to needful students and has well-educated and highly experienced faculty members to teach and train students as per industry standards. The Hyderabad based National Institute of Fashion Designing offers a full-time and 3-years duration Bachelor of Science in Costume and Fashion Design, 1 year Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma in various specializations along with 2-years certification program in Garment Technology and 2-years Advanced Diploma in Interior Designing, details for which are given below.
Along with this, the mode of education for each program is English and to help students get more overview of actual working processes and help them compete confidently in the outer world, under each course, 70% sessions are practical oriented along with 30% theory lectures. The NIFD offers a regular Degree program of 3-year named Bachelor of Science at the Undergraduate level, details for which are given below.
