Yes, you can get admission in BHMS without qualifying for NEET only in a few situations. In India, the NEET qualification is compulsory for BHMS in most recognised colleges. Without NEET, you cannot get admission in government or top private colleges. However, some private or deemed universities may offer BHMS seats through management quota or direct admission if seats remain vacant, but the fees are higher, and the college must be approved by AYUSH.
