So that teacher take my admission.

And application fees are something 1000 rs.
There is an available reservation benefit but I don't know more about reservation benefits because I'm not eligible for this.
They use an offline fees structure that should be changed.

Eligibility of the Course after 10th and after 12th detl entry. the application form is found on hsbte site application fees and application dates are also found on hsbte site. I do not know about the details of reservation benefits. There is no improvement I want to see in the admission process.

Yes, you can apply to Chhotu Ram Memorial Government Polytechnic if you passed 12th with required subjects.
