It's 4 year course and after 4 years there will be one year compulsory internship aspart of curriculum in college hospital itself only after that student will be eligible for campus placements. you'll have opportunities at Homoeopathic pharmaceuticals mainly and companies like SBL , Hanhemanns , Powell laboratories they offer decent package to 8lpa as I heard from a friend.And NHCs take doctors contract based for like 2 years contracts they pay around 35-40k a month and there is job of medical officer at government 55k a month then now there are much jobs under AYUSH since it's not a globally accepted medical system you might have to look into countries approval incase you want to go abroad in future for work.
