No, direct admission is not possible at SIIT Patna. However, the fee structure for the same is INR 1,68,000 for 3 years.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by the State Board of Technical Education, Patna, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Candidate needs to have passed class 10 with a minimum of 35% Marks. Direct admission is there in 2nd year for 12th math/vocational/ITI Pass student

Yes, you can apply for direct admission in 2^nd year if you have done 12^th with mathematics as one of the subjects.
