Masters Union UG Program Admission
Masters Union admission into the UG program is based on a Scholarship test, followed by Business Simulation and an Interview.
| Admission Stages | Description |
|---|---|
| Application | The candidates will have to fill out the online application form, write 2 essays and attach all the required documents. Post submitting the form, they will receive an email to send a video essay within 7 days. |
| First Shortlisting | The applications will be evaluated by the admission committee and the first shortlist will be announced anywhere between 15-30 days after closure of the applications. |
| Scholarship Test | The shortlisted candidates will receive an online scholarship test of 2 hour long. The students will get a 30 day period to finish the scholarship test. The candidates can also provide their JEE/ IPMAT/ SAT/ CUET scores and will be exempted for the scholarship test. |
| 2nd Shortlist | The candidates will be shortlisted based on their scores in the scholarship test and will be invited for in-person interview and a Businss Simulation. |
| Personal Interview & Business Simulation | In the Business Simulation, the candidates will be divided in a team of 6 -7 members and will have to role-play as a CXO of a company and solve the business challenges. During the interview, the panallists will evaluate the applications communication skills, their attitude towards life, and their motives of joining Masters Union. |
| Admission Decision | The final decision will be announced 30 - 45 days after the commencement of the interview window. The shortlisted students will fall into 3 categories - accepted, rejected and waitlisted. |

Masters Union will look at the following factors for shortlisting and selecting the candidates for the UG program. The selection criteria are as follows:
- Academics: The marks of the candidates in class 10th and 12th.
- Quantitative Aptitude: The scores of the candidates in the Masters Union Aptitude Test or other exams like JEE/ IPMAT/ SAT/ CUET.
