Masters' Union Admission 2025: Eligibility, Registration, Selection Criteria, Scholarships

Master’s Union offers a 4 year UG program in Tech & Business Management with a Delhi University degree in BMS/ BCom. The students who have completed their class 12th are eligible to apply for this program. 

• UG Application - This includes all the personal and academic details, 2 essays and 1 video essay. 

• Aptitude Test - The candidates who will be shortlisted will be called for the Aptitude test, which will be of a 2-hour duration and will include sections like Logical Reasoning, Numerical ability, and Data Interpretation. 

• Personal Interview and Business Simulation - The shortlisted candidates will be called for an in-person Business Simulation and a Personal Interview. The Business Simulation is a GD on a business case study, where the students will be divided into teams of 5-6 applicants and will have to solve business challenges. Whereas the personal interview is an interaction session with faculty or senior leadership. 

Master’s Union UG Program Selection Criteria

Master’s Union will look at the following factors for shortlisting and selecting the candidates for the UG program. The selection criteria are as follows:

Master’s Union offers a PGP in Technology & Business Management, which is a 16-month program including a 2-month internship. Candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply and are expected to have 2 - 5 years of experience. 

The PGP TBM admission at Master’s Union includes the following stages:

• Application Process 
• MUBAAT Test
• Personal Interview
• Final Decision

Master’s Union Entrance Examination 

MUBAAT - It is the entrance exam conducted by the Master’s Union for admission of PGP students. This exam is very different from any other exam and one cannot prepare for it. This exam tests various skills in a student. It consists of 3 sections:

• Aptitude Assessment - This section includes multiple choice questions in Qualitative & Logical Aptitude and Business Case Study Aptitude. It will have a time duration of 60 minutes. 

• Game-Based Evaluation - There are 3 games in this section for 20 minutes. It assesses the candidate’s Numerical Reasoning, Critical Thinking, Planning, Abstract Reasoning, and Problem-solving. 

• Communication Assessment - This section tests the student’s ability to communicate and structure their thoughts. It will include an on-the-spot essay and a video-based technical essay.

What is Master’s Union Looking for in a PGP Candidate?

Some of the few things that the admissions committee will be evaluating through the student’s application and throughout the admission process are as follows:

• Work Experience: Candidates who have a work experience of 2 - 5 years are mainly preferred. Fresh graduates with exceptional profiles are also considered. The institute mainly looks for what sort of experience a candidate is bringing into the cohort. 

• Academic, Extracurricular & Leadership - The institute looks at the educational background, including the co-curricular activities and leadership history. In this criteria, the institute is not just looking for students with good grades. Those who have not performed well in academics are also welcomed but the institute wants to know where their focus was, if not academics. They are looking for how well a student has used the opportunities or resources that were available to them. 

• Communication - This is the other major criteria that Master’s Union looks for is how well a student can communicate their ideas. They also examine whether a student is up for a health debate and is ready to accept/ consider others’ points of view. 

• Attitude of a Candidate: They also look at the attitude of the student whether he/ she is humble, ready to get coached, are they curious to learn new things, are they open to experimenting, are they motivated to create an impact or do something meaningful for themselves or the society, and finally do they exhibit strong leadership potential?

Admission into Master’s Union is quite competitive because of its assessment to evaluate the students. The institute uses and holistic approach to evaluate the students and thus it looks its what the students have achieved and done till now.
