Every year Nips ranchi organise annual sports meet, cricket tournaments and various indoor sports tournaments and a career fest for the student and also a picnic. It has a very well organised library with books of all subjects available All the classes are equipped with audio-video system and enough seating facility

Life on campus was very dynamic and exciting as it provides students with oppotunities to meet new people, make friends,and sociialize. The cultural festival is usually organised during the first semester and features various culturals events. Library on campus has a vast collection of books and journals, both in printed and electronic format. Nips School of Hotel Management in Ranchi has several social groups and clubs, and the Hospitality and tourism club. These include organizing various events.
