Almost in the last degree, they call companies. If now things have changed that's something different.
Considering my time they do call 2 companies who conduct GD/PI rounds and students then got selected.
Sometimes later they don't receive offering letter for that they have to complain to our teachers.

Students become eligible after passing out the degree. During the degree they are eligible for internship opportunities.
Various companies like Byju, Lidu, Berger,
ITC, ICICI Bank, Jaro education etc recruit students from this college for jobs.
Average package is 5 Lakhs.
Students who wish to be placed should have good percentage along with active participation in other activities.
After getting the degree i will first complete post graduation in MBA.

Placement is also available here. A student from this College got placed in many companies like Google Wipro Infotech etc. Teacher help the students in this by explaining the requirements of the companies. Almost 30 students per class are placed.

As I've said before, the placements were horrriiiibbbblleeee here. Not even a single company cane to this college for campus placement drives. No guidance and information regarding off-campus interviews were given either. I don't think even a single student from the commerce department got any job or internship opportunities through campus placements. Most of the students chose to do masters from different colleges after graduation. Others were searching for job or internship opportunities on their own without any guidance from the college or the faculty. The hopes were high for placements as they showed in their prospectus but got reallyyyyy disappointed with it.

There were not many placement and job opportunities. This is primarily because there were not many I.T. companies in Punjab. Also, our primary focus was to get into some advanced course before attempting to get into some job right away after the bachelors course.
