Government Polytechnic Parbhani Admission

The admissions are made based on the seat allotment done by a CAP process (Centralised admission procedure) depending on the marks in the qualifying exam.

Application Process

• The candidates can get theInformation brochure and Application form from the admission office after paying INR 400 and INR 300 for open and reserved category candidates.
• Alternatively, the candidates can also access http://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/Main20-21.html to fill the application form online. 
• Candidates should upload the needed documents as made valid when filling application form.
• The Candidates can modify the application filled data any time before submitting it.
• Correct any filled data if found wrong after checking.
• Competent Authority holds the documents verification process at Facilitation Centre wherein all the originals have to submitted. 
• After documents verification, Competent Authority releases the provisional list for admission.
• Then, the candidates can fill their priority of the course and institution based on the displayed seat matrix by considering the reservation rules.
• Candidates can choose their desired course by choosing Government Polytechnic Parbhani as the preferred institution.
• Based on the filled data and priority, the candidates will be allocated with seats into the diploma course based on the reservation quota via a Centralised admission procedure.
• This ranking list and allocation details will be available online and the candidates can check the status of their application online.
• If the candidates have been allocated with seat, the candidates have to report to the at Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) as per the allotment made by the Competent Authority.
• Vacant seats in CAP will then be filled through the institution quota. This quota admission can be initiated through the concerned college only.
