Faculty:

All of the faculty members are well educated and experienced. And if i talk about the faculty to student ratio it is also well managed as the institute has assigned a teacher as mentor for every student to help them in every possible aspect related to the academics. Moreover, interaction with teachers are on a regular basis as all teachers are present in briefing before attending classes and practical classes are also held for students to teach them about the real situation of hotel industry and how to tackle them easily To put ocean in a cup, my honest opinion about the institute is very positive and hope that this institute will help me to achieve my targeted goal

Faculty:

Here faculty understand their students and help in teaching where we face any issue regarding study. And also give much attention to weak students who need more attention. Students also have a very good bond with their teachers and other staff. I can easily interact with any faculty member and also other staff like receptionists, workers, and helpers. And here's the principal is also good with their students. Sir always helps students with their issues. Here we also celebrated many international days and festivals. From that, we learn many things. And we enjoy more these days because we prepare everything by ourselves with the help of faculty. Like decoration, food, and presentation.

How did you train Servo Institute's faculty to deliver hospitality program to the students?

On the successful appointment of a faculty for a specific post/department; he/she undergoes 15 days training at the Institute, to prepare him/her with the guidelines of the institution and the teaching pedagogy. Teaching material, laptops, learning portal id/password are delivered to them during the training. Faculty members are trained to deliver the best to the students. They are regularly updated with the curriculum, teaching pedagogy, upcoming projects & tasks. International conferences, seminars, workshops help them to gain the maximum and latest trends prevailing in the industry. Keeping in mind the final year International internship of the students, the faculties update and upgrade themselves accordingly.
