On the successful appointment of a faculty for a specific post/department; he/she undergoes 15 days training at the Institute, to prepare him/her with the guidelines of the institution and the teaching pedagogy. Teaching material, laptops, learning portal id/password are delivered to them during the training. Faculty members are trained to deliver the best to the students. They are regularly updated with the curriculum, teaching pedagogy, upcoming projects & tasks. International conferences, seminars, workshops help them to gain the maximum and latest trends prevailing in the industry. Keeping in mind the final year International internship of the students, the faculties update and upgrade themselves accordingly.
